Product Description
Passive uhf rfid tire tag for vehicle managment is a UHF RFID tag ,according to EPC class 1 generation 2 or ISO 18000-6C. The tag survives the high temperatures encountered in the tire manufacturing and retreading process and is sturdy enough to remain operational throughout the operating life of the tire.
The tire tag can be built into passenger car tires and truck tires that can be recapped several times.
This tire tag has been tested to survive several hundred thousands kilometers under real world conditions and does not generate a potential early failure point in the tire.

This UHF Gen 2 RFID tire tag is designed for embedding in the tire mould prior to the manufacture and curing of the tire. It survives the high temperatures encountered in the tire curing process and is robust enough to remain operational throughout the operating life of the tire. The EPC Class 1 Gen 2 RFID tag is attached by a permanent adhesive to the inside tire wall with a special formulated dual cure chemical or heat process. It can be built into truck tires that can be recapped several times.
